FAQ’s

What comes with the booth space?
Exhibitors will be provided with standard power, internet, and tables and chairs as follows:

Diamond & Platinum Sponsors – two 6-foot skirted tables, four chairs, and one highboy table with two stools
Gold Sponsors – two 6-foot skirted tables and four chairs
Silver Sponsors – one 6-foot skirted table and two chairs

What size is the booth space?

Diamond Sponsor: 30’ x 10’
Platinum Sponsor: 30’ x 10’
Gold Sponsor: 20’ x 10’
Silver Sponsors: 10’ x 10’

What time can I get into the Pavilion to set up?

The Partner Pavilion will be accessible for setup from 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM on Thursday, February 8th, 2024.

What time can I break down?
Breakdown begins at 5:30 PM and must be complete by 7:00 PM.
What size are the dimensions of the table?
6’ long and 36” high
Does Mainline provide signage for the booths?
No, you must bring your own signage.

Do I need to bring raffle prizes?

No. Mainline will provide each partner with 3 raffle prizes as part of your sponsorship.

What are the values of the raffle prizes?

Raffle prizes are valued at $300-$350.
How does the raffle work?
Each partner will be provided access to the mobile event app (iOS and Android-based) which can be downloaded from the app store. Instructions will be provided onsite.
The partner uses the lead scanning functionality to scan the booth visitor’s badge (QR Code), which will automatically enter the attendee into the raffle.
Three times throughout the afternoon winners will be drawn. Each attendee can only win one prize (plus the grand prize).
Mainline will coordinate distribution of the prizes to the winners post-conference.

How does the Grand Prize drawing work?

A Grand Prize drawing is used to encourage the attendees to remain in the Pavilion throughout the afternoon; it will be drawn at the end of the Pavilion (5:30 PM). Mainline provides the grand prize.
Can I bring my own giveaways?
Yes, you can bring your own branded items to distribute at your booth.
Can I conduct my own raffle?
Yes, you may conduct your own raffle with your own provided prizes, but you will still need to participate in the Mainline raffle, whereby Mainline provides 3 prizes.

How do I ship materials or large items, like booths, to the event?
Letter and small package shipping and receiving services are available through the FedEx Office located at the Hyatt Regency venue.
Large items such as large boxes and booths should be shipped to Exhibit Services, our official materials contractor for Elevate 2024.

How do I arrange for shipping my materials/booths back?
If you shipped your materials through Exhibit Services on the inbound, Exhibit Services will ship on the outbound.
If you shipped via another method on the inbound, you will be responsible to arrange with your carrier for outbound shipping. Materials may not be left in the Partner Pavilion, and the hotel nor Mainline will be responsible for your property.
Be sure to have your own shipping labels attached to all materials.
Where can I find the agenda?
Will I receive a list of all attendees that visit my booth?
As a practice, we do not hand out lists of our employees. However, you will have the opportunity to capture attendee information when they visit your booth with the lead retrieval system.

Can partners attend the meal functions?

Diamond, Platinum, and Gold sponsors are welcome to attend all meal functions, including Late Night Happy Hours.

Silver sponsors are welcome to attend Thursday’s dinner following the Partner Pavilion. All other meal functions, including Late Night Happy Hours, are limited to Diamond, Platinum, and Gold sponsors only.
