Thank you for participating in Mainline’s Partner Pavilion to be held on Tuesday, January 21st, 2025.
Always a highlight of the Mainline National Sales Meeting, the Partner Pavilion is an energy-filled venue promoting collaboration with our partners. Our field sales and technical teams engage with our partners to discuss partner solutions to customer pain points and strategize on sales opportunities.
Space is limited, so sign up early to secure your reservation. We anticipate 40 partners to participate in the Partner Pavilion.
Banner Feed: Upon receipt of your sponsorship registration, your company logo will be added to a banner feed on both the employee and the partner registration site, promoting your company. The sooner you register, the more ad time your company will receive.
Registration deadline is December 1, 2024. Late registrations will incur a $1000 late fee. We will be unable to accept sponsorship registrations after December 15th, 2024.

Partner Pavilion Registration
Registration deadline is December 1, 2024.
There will be a $1,000 late fee for registration between December 2 and December 15, 2024. No registrations will be accepted after December 15th.
Your marketing department might be best able to answer the questions regarding booths, questions, gifts, logos, etc.
Participant Registration
Aside from registering your company sponsorship, each individual attendee will need to register for the event to receive a conference badge. Attendee registrations will be accepted until Monday, December 9.
Hotel Reservations
Hotel reservations are the responsibility of the attendees. A block of rooms will be held at the Tampa Marriott Water Street at the Mainline conference rate. See Attendee Registration and Hotel Reservation section for more information.

Show Provisions
Exhibitors will be provided with standard power, internet, and one or two 6-foot skirted tables as follows:
Diamond, Platinum, Gold Sponsors – two 6-foot skirted tables
Silver Sponsors – one 6-foot skirted table
Additional show materials can be sourced from the Marriott’s exhibit services provider.
Event App:
As part of your sponsorship, we will provide the use of vFairs, a mobile-based event app, which includes lead capture and retrieval, notifications, show floor layout, and more that will enhance both the attendee and sponsor experience. The app can be downloaded and installed on your device which will allow you to scan each visitor’s contact information. Data will be collected into a central repository and lists of booth visitors will be made available to each partner at the conclusion of the event. The contact data will also be used for the raffle.
Raffle and Gifts:
To encourage our Mainline attendees to visit and converse with our partners to learn more about your solutions, we conduct a raffle throughout the course of the Partner Pavilion. As part of your sponsorship, Mainline will provide 2 raffle gifts, valued at $300-$350 each, for each partner. Gifts will be shipped directly to the attendees, post-conference.
Sponsors do not need to provide their own raffle prizes and can opt out of the raffle activity if required. Nominal show giveaways/promotional items for your booth are encouraged.
Mainline will provide a mobile-based event app (iOS and Android-based) with lead retrieval functionality to be used by each partner to capture booth visitor information. The booth visitor will automatically be entered into the raffle for your giveaway item(s), and the contact information will be saved for your future prospecting use. Download and usage instructions will be provided at the Partner Pavilion.
A Grand Prize Drawing will also be conducted at the end of the Partner Pavilion. Mainline will provide the Grand Prize.

The UPS Store located at the Tampa Marriott Water Street is responsible for the handling of small packages and letters, both inbound and outbound.
All shipments should be received no sooner than 3 days prior to the conference. To ensure prompt delivery, all materials should be addressed as follows:

Large Boxes and Booths
Show provision services are available through Exhibit Services.
Large boxes and booths should be shipped to the advanced warehouse, which is available to accept shipments from 12/20/24 through 1/16/25.
